By downloading, installing, or using MobileCleaner247 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XigmaPro ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of MobileCleaner247.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Features

The App offers certain features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify free features at any time.

Premium Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payment processing through Google Play Store

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium subscriptions.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

File Deletion Disclaimer

While we strive to identify only safe-to-delete files, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing files before deletion
• Deleted files cannot be recovered
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XIGMAPRO BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XigmaPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• Sections regarding warranties, liability, and indemnification shall survive

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending you a notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
